25 Years After Chernobyl – David Schindler Photography
These images chronicle what is Chernobyl 25 years after the worst nuclear disaster to date in history. Each image is part of a story and in essence tie together into a visual history of nuclear negligence, lives turned upside down and desolation. For me the image of the endless gas mask on top of each is the most striking photograph. Because it reminds me of an article I posted on here earlier. So many lives were affected by this and in the case of Japan’s Fukushima, many will be too.
